Attorney Joshua Scoggins spoke on behalf of Dawson Forest Holdings and their plan for a conservation subdivision near GA 53 and Elliott Road. After much negotiation, this project was approved by Dawson County Board of Commissioners this week and marks another MHT victory for the books!
