K. Stanton Kincaid
Bio
Stanton dedicates his time to representing clients in the area of civil litigation, primarily focusing on commercial, business and real estate disputes. In addition, Stanton also practices in the areas of zoning, land use, government relations and corporate and real estate transactions. Stanton also represents subcontractors and materialmen in filing, perfecting, and prosecuting mechanic's and materialmen's liens.
Prior to joining the firm, Stanton clerked for Judge Verda M. Colvin at the Macon Judicial Circuit Superior Court where he obtained valuable insight into the inner workings of Georgia’s trial courts. Following his clerkship, Stanton served as assistant district attorney in the Coweta Judicial Circuit, where he tried numerous felony cases and worked extensively in appellate practice.
Stanton attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he served on the Georgia Law Review.
Stanton lives in Cumming and enjoys reading and the outdoors.
