Meet Attorney Deborah Anice Swofford

Deborah Swofford is an experienced practitioner of family law near Cumming. Ms. Swofford has been a divorce attorney since 2012, when she graduated from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.

As a lifelong resident of Georgia, Ms. Swofford cares deeply about her clients. Ms. Swofford graduated from Georgia Southern University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude. She became interested in becoming a divorce attorney while she was in law school, where she was first introduced to the family court system. Ms. Swofford was also actively involved in the Association of Women Lawyers and was inducted into Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. She has been a working family attorney since graduation and is proud to be with The Law Offices of Kevin J. McDonough. Ms. Swofford is well-versed in issues of child custody, child support, and divorce.
