Bryceson Mercer, a native of Chattanooga, TN, joined the firm in 2022. He received his B.S.B.A. from the University of Alabama and his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law.
Bryceson’s practice encompasses a wide range of real estate related matters including purchase and sale transactions, zoning and land use entitlements, commercial leasing, easement acquisitions, landlord-tenant law, condemnations, and property tax appeals.
Bryceson spends his free time outdoors, watching college football, and cooking at home with his wife.
