Krystle L. Roberts

Senior Associate

Krystle L. Roberts, a native of Fresno, California, joined Miles Hansford, LLC in November 2023. Her primary practice areas are eminent domain and condemnation, zoning and land use, real estate litigation, and general civil litigation matters.

Krystle earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology, from Kennesaw State University. She attended law school at Georgia State University College of Law. At GSU Law, Krystle served as an extern for Fulton County Superior Court Judge Kimberly M. Esmond-Adams, as an intellectual property graduate research assistant for the GSU Office of Legal Affairs, and as a student attorney with the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.

Prior to joining Miles Hansford, LLC, Krystle worked for a Special Assistant Attorney General (SAAG) for the Georgia Department of Transportation where she specialized in eminent domain and condemnation litigation.
Krystle’s practice encompasses a wide range of real estate litigation including representing landowners, landlords, tenants, and businesses in eminent domain and condemnation actions, zoning litigation against city and county governments, representation of builders and real estate developers, as well as other civil litigation matters for businesses and individuals.

Krystle enjoys spending her free time with her daughter, husband, and their dog.
