Paul Mitchell represents developers, builders, and property owners in real estate, zoning, and land use matters throughout the Atlanta metro area. He also represents business owners in various corporate matters and commercial litigation. Having formerly represented numerous local governments and insurance companies across Georgia, Paul has a unique perspective on how to help his clients solve their legal challenges and achieve their strategic goals.
Paul has more than 10 years of civil litigation and appellate experience. Representative former clients include Forsyth, Cherokee, Dawson, Barrow, Jackson, and Newton Counties; the City of Milton; the School Districts of Brooks, Sumter, White, Walker and Cook Counties; EMC Insurance Company, The Doctors Company, and MagMutual Insurance Company.
Paul graduated with University Honors from Brigham Young University and he earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law.
Paul and his wife have three children and a very good dog.
